Bought a brand new bike at this shop for my son and before that I had bought several other parts for my other bikes within several days. I spent nearly $700 within a week. My son did a few circles in the parking lot, we bought it and left. When we got home he rode the bike for about 10 mins and told the front tire was wobbling. When I checked it was loose, no problem I retightened. A few days later him and his brother rode their bikes to the store and back. On the way back in the dark they got off the road and the rear tire came off. I bought the bike on a Friday and brought it back on Monday. I asked them to go back over the bike again. I told them what happened and they acted as if my son or I had intentionally loosen the tires. When I got a call to pick it up, he told me the rear derailleur was bent but still functioned. I wanted it replaced but he wanted to charge $30 for the part plus labor. I told them that it more than likely was bent when the tire came off. Again the owner insisted the tires where not loose when it left his shop. They were loose and I am very disappointed with this business. We were going to buy another bike from this store, but I will not now. I purchased the bike for $530 and both tires were loose and the rear one came off. People make mistakes and even if you feel you did tighten the tires, they were loose. To act as if we did it is a joke. Very poor customer service. Will not buy from this store again and will not recommend them either.

I had a great experience! My Novara bike is about 8 years old and was hardly used at all. I took it to Chained Concepts and they did a great job! They fixed all of my gears since they were slipping, changed out my tires, put a new tube in, aligned the brakes and cleaned it for me. Now my bike looks brand new and the price was very good! They even helped my get it out and load it back into my vehicle. Thanks for the great service and help guys!!!

As a part of my job I have worked all over America and parts of Asia, been in bike shops that you need sign language to get something done and most of the local ones...this is BY FAR AND WIDE, the best service I have had. Mike is awesome. I took three bikes to him one was for spring tuning, one had been damaged in a wreck and one had been damaged by a move. He repaired all of them expertly and quick and was very careful to exceed all my expectations. He treated the bikes as if they were his own and me like a friend, not just "some guy with money". My first bike, I had to drop off because I did not plan the time to stay. I expected [as in most bike shops] it would be a tomorrow thing. Yeah it was NOT a tomorrow thing, he could have had it ready for me in minutes! The second bike (damaged in a accident) looks and runs like brand new. The third bike (the one damaged in a move) I had taken to another bike shop (In Milton) two years ago and they told me the bike's frame was damaged and it would never shift correctly. Mike (using the proper tools instead of eyeballing it) proved that the bike's frame was not bent and in fact, the reason it was not shifting properly was because there was a screw loose. He tightened the screw with a smile and bam....shifted perfectly. MINUTES later, he had completed all the tuning, filled and checked the tires, checked the brakes and installed a speedometer. All of this with great attitude and professionalism. He can get about any part and if you need it faster than you can get it, he will even call around and refer you to his competitors because he cares about you first. I would drive 30 miles from any direction to get this kind of service.

Excellent, had a kick-stand replacement done on the spot. Clean and organized store, friendly and professional technician. Crestview needs more business owners like this one.

I'm new to cycling and recently learned of Chain Concepts. This store is impeccable. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. They have a wide selection of bikes, helmets, accessories, and more. I highly recommend a visit to this store even if you're a novice as myself.
