Visited store to purchase an OTR microwave oven.  Found what we were looking for but asked to see how bright were the range lights.  Employee said he could not put power to the floor display model.  No extension cord and didn't offer to move it near an outlet.  Subsequently, we walked away.  Poor customer service with no initiative to make a sale.
Subsequently, went to Pensacola and they got the business.  Jeff was happy to hook up power.

Salesmen have always been friendly and helpful. I try to buy all of my appliances here. I always get a great product when I purchase something here. I purchased a vacuum cleaner from here. It is the best one I have ever owned. Great place!

bought a Kenmore stove with warranty and the circuit board went out. came out and fixed it then it went out again, gave me a new stove and the board went out again. called and asked if I could return it and get money back and they refused and said I had to have 3 more service calls before they give a refund . I have an extended warranty and I have only had the stove 6 months. I found over 400 online reviews complaining about this exact problem. I will be going to Lowes from now on.

Owner is rude lies about his name when asked ... Very unprofessional arguing with an employee about stealing there commission!!!!! If u want something from Sears I urge u to go to Fwb....not to mention they close at 6:30 not 7:00 every day but owner doesn't have enough descenty to let the public know....
