This is an amended review to my earlier post. After Asst manager Linda asked me to come back and she would make sure my car was done quickly. She kept her promise and Carl from the shop did a good job. But they really need to work on customer service at the auto desk and never lie to your boss if customer is standing there with proof..

Brought back a mattress pad that I didnt need on my lunch hour. No wait at the customer desk. CS employee was very nice and polite and quick. Went back to the deli for a quick lunch, again....no wait. Employees were very courteous. No wait at the self check out. Was in and out in less that 15 minutes.

It took along time to remove items from the self- checkout with that check girl wanting to be so helpful. It only cost less than $33.00 that day, but took almost 45 minutes to check out. Too many under 18 and under 21 year olds employed at Walmart. I still shop there anyways hoping people will stop hiring kids, than maybe their parents wouldn't be on the street without much.

Grateful, more gluten free items are coming in. Pleasant shopping experience on every trip. Thankful for the convenience of shopping online and the pickup service. Looking forward to delivery service as well that will include produce!

The store is ALWAYS OUT of most things I need or especially the equate brands and if I cant wait I am forced to buy higher priced brands. Also we live here and fish here but Never am able to buy my gear r supplies at this Walmart cause they r listed as salt water and seasonal. This location is surrounded by fresh water and should NOT be seasonal. Hate this store!!! Niceville is better
