I'm an experienced rider that was visiting from out of town wanting to rent/demo a bike. Their prices were high, but they had a bike I was interested in so I went with it. Unfortunately the staff was not friendly, didn't have much knowledge of the local trails and couldn't really help me get the bike fit. They didn't offer any multi tools or spare tube/pumps to take on the ride, which is pretty standard for a high end rental ($100+ for the day). They seemed as though they just wanted to push me out the door after they got my credit card. The location was great (close to the resort and trail access) and the shop was clean and organized, but I was very underwhelmed with the service.

Great selection of Troy Lee Designs products, 510 Shoes, Hammer Nutrition products and just about everything else you'd need at a bike shop. Right on the corner of Summit Blvd & Big Bear Blvd. Full winter board/ski shop too. Nice staff, offering 10% locals discounts. Always seem to be open, which makes the big difference! I've had great work from their shop too. Nothing bad to say really other than I could have found the TLD knee pads online for much cheaper, but that's not their fault, TLD doesn't give the same discounts as other brands. Other than that the prices are spot-on and the locals discount is very appreciated!!

These guys have a great location to start any ride! Not to mention just about anything you'd need for your bike!!

Great prices and straight forward (really—it’s on the wall!). My mountain biking beginner self was VERY pleased with the service—You can’t beat the $35 rental which included a helmet AND a very short ride to the base of Snow Summit. Plus the staff was friendly and over-prepared us for what to expect. This place also seems like a great area to check out bikes and accessories if you’re needing any—somehow they managed to cram a lot into that building.
