Decent Chinese food for DC area. Very elegant dining area with attentive, if not very talkative, wait staff. Also offers takeout and delivery. I wasn't a fan of their egg drop soup but enjoyed the Taiwan style angel hair noodles dish.

One of the best places in the Farragut area to get nice relaxing Chinese meal. Reasonably authentic, great ambiance, service is more what you would expect in China than the US in other words it's a bit slow. Their peppered beef is outstanding as well as some of their Shanghai dishes. they are more of an Eastern Chinese style restaurant so their shanghainese dishes are going to be more authentic. Chinese officials do eat here.

This could be an amazing restaurant if they could get some issues corrected. Creative menu, but execution is lacking. My Chalin's crispy beef was delicious in places where the beef strips were properly coated with sauce, lots of strips were not and dry. Vegetables in the dish and hot and sour seafood soup were served Luke warm and not piping hot as should have been the case. Service was rushed and mediocre at best.
