Wanted to use fundraiser card which is buy one large pizza get 2nd one free. Pretty simple. There’s no promo code on the card so I called to ask if I could order online before using the card as it’s much easier to do a custom order with a lot of changes rather than calling and listing it. Lady on phone said it was fine to order online people use those all the time. Well I get there and the guy checking me out says you can’t order online so I told him that I called to confirm and spoke with a female but didn’t not know the name. He then confronted the employee in front of customers and said he would give the discount but it would come out of her paycheck. I don’t appreciate this kind of display in front of a paying customer nor the harsh treatment of the employee. To top it off I also did not get the extra garlic I ordered and tripped on the way out of the door and hurt my leg due to a hidden step. This place needs to improve their customer service.

I just love Papa John's Pizza. No matter where you go for Pizza, no matter how fancy or expensive pizza you get from any xyz restaurant or pizza company.Their Pizza is just awesome and being a Pizza lover i can say you will experience better service/making/baking over here.

Very rude and condescending manager and employee. Cancelled my order because the delivery man called and I didn’t answer (even though I received no such calls) and when I called to ask why my pizza was taking 2 hours to deliver, they said they had no record of my order. After calling the company’s customer service, I called back and had them look my order up using my phone number (which they should have done in the first place) and they finally told me my order was cancelled. Generally were just unpleasant to deal with and rude. Choose a better pizza place.

I ordered 1 6 piece buffalo wings and another 6 piece honey bbq wings. most of them came little burnt and couple of the wings were the size of your thumb. i highly recommend not to get food here. i would guess the pizzas would be overcooked. Buy the premade sauce on the wings were delicious.
