I stopped only to inquire. I found the location was very good, the grounds not bad, and the prices steep. Like most RV parks, crowded and noisy with too many people jammed together.

One of one of the nicest RV parks in San Diego. A little far from town, but very spacious, very beautiful, and well-kept. The prices are a little bit High, but worth it. The staff are friendly and they accept long-term stays which is great for full-time RVers. There is a dog run and a kids park which are great for me having two daughters and two dogs. Security is important to them and they keep up on maintaining their Gates and locks on restrooms and other facilities. The owner was kind enough to buy all the full time tenants a Christmas gift, which blew my mind.

I have lived here for better than 3 years.  It is the first place in the state of CA that I've ever called "home."  The staff is very friendly and helpful, the park quiet and peaceful, the neighbors friendly.  The owner is always working at improving the park to make it more secure and safe for tenants and is currently having a new office space remodeled to serve as the new office.  It looks like it will be very nice when completed.  The newest completed upgrade was card locks on the bathroom doors and the bathrooms are now much cleaner and nicer to use.  Thanks, CJ and crew.

Quiet, relaxing RV park. We've been here for 6 months and plan on being here a bit longer. Office has always been quick to handle any issues whether with fees, maintenance or questions. Thanks CJ, you have a great RV park and amazing team!
