Nicely landscaped park. We had a spacious back in site in the upper lot. Pool is small but we enjoyed it.

A bit tight in spot #71.  Narrow.  However park is very nicely landscaped, layer out and we'll maintained.   We did not try WiFi or cable tv.  Maybe a bit pricey at $70 +tax or maybe not I'm a bit out of the loop on cost as we tend to dry camp and stay parks under $60.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Clean facilities and nice pool/grounds. We did expect larger sites with more room between rv's based on description and pictures. We were unable to pull awnings out even in one of the larger sites. We have a larger rig, so space is a necessity. I did call ahead to make sure we would fit. While we did fit into the space and through the park as told, I would not have stayed if we truly knew how tight the spaces were. If you are going for an urban RV park, this is a great place. For larger rigs,
kids who like to ride bikes, and those that like to grill and spend time at their site outside the rig, you should look elsewhere.

The Park was OK, the showers an pool was nice clean. I was dissapointed in not getting any cable TV. They have COXnet digital, however don't have enough mini boxes to go around.  You can't even use a new TV with a QAM tuner. COX encripted even the basic channels.

Way too expensive. A resort?  Hardly.
