Super small spots beware. Our trailer is 18 feet long as well as our truck and we couldn't maneuver into their only back in spots. Be careful which road you pull into. We got stuck and whoever was working started cursing at us right away. Great first impression... 😡 Neighbors were super nice = two stars and good location. Personal bad experience.

Perfect location. Clean bathrooms and laundry rooms. Even has a small, sandy dog run. Right next to a cute little park. Spaces are tiny and right next to the next trailer, but everyone is respectful of the tiny space factor.

Close to the beach, and free WiFi to residents

Great location north of SD, close to the beach and reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful accommodating us after hours. Showers are nice and residents are friendly.

I have lived here for 3 months and it has been quiet and neat and friendly people. I own a home and was only here temporarily but it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend this park to anyone. The bathrooms and laundry were always clean when I was in them.
