This place has really gone downhill in the past few years.  I used to go here a few times a month.  I hadn't been back in several months but this Saturday, I wanted to get my truck washed and noticed only a few cars at the car wash so i thought I could swing in and be done in a few minutes.  WRONG.  I was there over an hour and my car was like 4th or 5th in line at the entire car wash.  There were only 4 employees at the entire location.  The lady taking your order at the back was also the one running the cash register so she might be in back for 15 minutes or longer before coming up front.  I sat in the lobby almost 30 minutes before I could pay.   Then the two guys out there were working hard but when i got home I had to wipe off areas they missed on both the exterior and interior.  They need more help, better service and they need to do something to the waiting areas as it feels like it is a store that had been abandoned and just a few items left on the shelves.  Also not very friendly.  I will not go back

Not very friendly. They left my rear door open. The owner/manager said just this once that I wouldn't have to pay after one of her employees didn't close my door after vacuuming. Told not to worry about a next time won't be back.

I have used this location for a long time and was always very satisfied with the quality of work. Car was always clean, inside and out. But this last trip, it was a different experience.  It felt like there had been a change in management. I immediately noticed that the interior of the building looked a bit like they were moving out and that is what flagged my attention. The entire staff was different too. But what I really noticed was the worst car wash I have ever had from this location.  I had to take the car home and re-do it myself.  I can no longer recommend this place.

Extremely understaffed and slow. Waiting room is filthy and products are extremely old. Does job on car but plan an hour. Paid $30 and they miss trash in car.  Last time for me after a decade

First and last time getting a wash here. Prices were fair, but they scratched the bottom of my bumper pulling the car onto the conveyor belt. You’d think they would have the rails padded to prevent scratching. $25 car wash for a $500 repair.
