This is a small mom & pop restaurant which I love to support. The service was great. The memorabilia on the wall was of the New York Yankees, so I was expecting NY style pizza. I was quite disappointed in the pizza. The sauce was very bland & the crust wasn't up to NY pizza standard. I didn't expect exact NY pizza because the water makes a difference, but this was nowhere close. There aren't any local pizza places that make NY style pizza, but at least their pizza is not bland like this.
Like I said, the service was good & the place was clean, but rule number one for any restaurant is that the food must taste good. I can overlook crappy service & use carryout if the place is not clean, but the food is what brings me back. In this case, can't say that I'll be back for the pizza.

Small, local place. Nothing fancy but if you like good food, this is it!  Good lunch, pizza and breakfast is outstanding!  Tried their Sausage Gravy & Biscuits this morning and WOW!  Really good. Extremely reasonable also.

This place is Simply Amazing. Just had the calzone enough to feed two or three people lots left over and was delicious. If you haven't eaten at Champs lately year really need to stop in again
