I had to go to south land mall to return a pair of shoes that I purchased at another mall unfortunately the original mall was very far away. When I entered the store I received no attention for about 20 minutes until the extremely rude associate Eileen finally came up to me and asked me what I needed, when I explained to her my situation she immediately told me no that she could not help me and that I would have to return the shoes at the original store. I was extremely embarrassed because she grabbed my receipt and pretty much placed it 2 inches away from my face in front of all the customers and she began to laugh obnoxiously. If I could file a complaint to the general manager or district manager I would.

Had clothes and every shoes I wanted always depended on the store than any others.

I ordered a pair of Lebron sprites. I was told they were going to be shipped by customer service who was told that by Alonso at your store in Culter Bay Florida. They said they were in the back and if they were sold Alonso would lose his job. Well he sold them. Now Champs has MY money and I don't have the shoes. Please fire Alonso at your store in Cutler Bay or send me a pair of Sprites so you can blame this 1 star feedback all on Alonso. This review will be removed if I ever get my pair of Sprites. VERY VERY DISHONEST STAFF
