Charged my card and told the machine crashed and it didn't go through. Even though I proved it was taken from my account. Called my a thief for trying to leave with the shoes I had proof I purchased. Then Told it was a ghost charge and it would disappear in a day or two. Given phone numbers for district managers that were bogus. Completely disrespected. Customer service is a voicemail system and a total joke. Now being told my money will be returned in 7-10 days. And to check and call back if it doesn't get returned. NOT A SINGLE IM SORRY. I'm stuck here for two days on a military stop wait to resume hurricane diaster operations at affected islands and now I'm out $85 and I won't even be around to see that the money is returned. Absolutely arrogant and rude. Never getting another cent from me or anyone I can tell about them. Made to feel like a criminal as they robbed me.

No one in there seemed to do an online return. It took three store associates and a call that I made to customer service before they finally helped me. Never going to shop at footlocker again. Zee and Richard are horrible at customer service.
