I cannot give enough negative comments about this place. The first 2 times I came in to the urgent Care here, it was an amazing experience. So I decided to make this Dr office my PCP. What a horrible mistake. The 3rd time I came in, I waited over 2 hours past my appointment time. When I inquired how much longer, the receptionist, who wouldn't make eye contact, said they were very busy. I asked how many people were ahead of me and after asking again 4 more times, she said 8. I asked how it was possible that I was waiting so long when I had an appointment. She said there were a lot of walk ins. Hello? I have an appointment! I left without seeing the Dr and cannot warm enough not to go here. I don't know how they expect to keep patients. If you call, you are left on hold over 20 minutes, as if they are hoping you just hang up and give up. Which I did, called my insurance to change primary car physician and came online to write my review. Stay away!
