Dr wu has been my doctor for over 20 years.  She delivered both my children and educated me about everything from birth control to pregnancy.  I still continue to see her yearly.

Worst experience ever! Don’t go

Doc Wu was very detail, open to questions, sensitive and great at explaining everything my first visit, and for next appts after. BUT her staff of older ladies & assistant have HORRIBLE customer service. Not gentle, not considerate. Pretty pushy, and didn't ask private questions in closed doors. Very unprofessional. Younger staff are really nice, and hope they don't get a bad experience here. Referred to Dr.Wu specialist via primary doc. Private parking lot. BRING your referral paper, won't see you without it. (Update: Basically understand why her staff is consistently stressed. The doc doesn't follow their schedule. Her operations of course not predictable, but breaks area and they never know when she'll be back or even make it back to the office. So weird.)

Had authorization letter and wouldn't  give me appointment.

Three weeks ago, I went and saw Dr. Wu for a Pap-smear test.
I had to wait over 2 hours even when I had an appointment with the doctor. When I asked the clerk, she said that I needed to keep waiting. I don't understand why they set up appointments when they keep people waiting.
Finally, the doctor heard me talking to the clerk, indicated that I have waited fo over 2 hours even with an appointment, so the doctor check, and finally told me that the clerk gave me the wrong waiting card. That was why I saw people who came in after me leaving before I did.
Horrible clerk. Although the doctor was nice, but I think the clerk was rude and MUST BE FIRED. That is completly no customer service.

3 weeks later, I called for my test result, and all I was told was that someone will call back.  I waited for a few hours, no calls...so I decided to call the doctor office.  I was then told by the staff (Nancy) that I just had to wait for someone to call me back...even if it was a year.
