Updated. Dr John Chiang is pretty nice and professional. The only thing I complained is front desk.   ---------------------
I called yesterday, and the staff was rather helpful informing me to gather all my current files and call them when ready to walk in. Today when I called it was a difference between night and day. 
The front desk staff was incredibly rude. As a cash patient, my husband and I were interviewing new ob and try to make the appointment with dr. John. The front desk asked many questions about the issue that I was frankly uncomfortable divulging to her over the phone and gave us an extremely hard time. It truly felt like she was turning us away. I understand it's Friday afternoon, and she probably wants to get out early.
 I sincerely hope that this is Dr. Chiang's policy as it would be terrible if he didn't know his staff was actively turning prospective patients away.

Best OBGYN ever!!! His been my doctor with 4 pregnancies wouldn't go to any other. 👦👧👦👧
