Story

The shop relies on donations from people just like you! If you have any useable bicycles, parts, accessories, or related gear, we would love to accept them as a tax-deductible donation. Donations are accepted whenever the shop is open. If you have large bicycle collections to donate (10+ bikes or equivalent) we may be able to help with the pick-up. Just give us a call or email. Thanks!

We offer:

Job Training
We employ APC residents and train them to run our dynamic non-profit bike shop.

Community Repair Shop
Repair your own bicycle! Six bike stands, advice, and a full range of bicycle tools help you do your own repairs. $5/hour or 5 credits/hour.

Earn-a-Bike
Earn credits towards a bicycle by volunteering in the shop. Youth and adults earned over 200 bikes in the last year.


There are countless ways you can help the shop! Whatever it is that you do well, the shop can use your expertise. Whether it's being a mechanic or an internet guru, we appreciate efforts big and small! Here's a few ideas to get you going:

Products

We sell a large range of Refurbished bikes in our showroom, "As-Is" used bicycles, as well as small selection of new bicycles. Our Refurbished bicycles have been fully repaired by our staff and come with our 60-day warranty. Are you the fixer-upper type? Our "As-is" bicycles definitely need some TLC and elbow grease, but with the right buyer, one can find some great deals. We've recently added a few new bicycles to our showroom, including some Sun Bikes cruisers, and Origin8 Single/Multi-Speeds.

We offer a full service repair shop and all our work comes with warranty. This includes everything from individual repairs to complete overhauls. Call, email, or drop by and we're happy to work with you to meet your service needs.

Our Director/Lead Mechanic was trained at the Barnett Repair School in Colorodo and has 20 years experience repairing and selling bicycles professionally. Our Assistant Manager/Mechanic recently attended the UBI Advanced Mechanic Program in Portland, Oregon.

Full 30-Day Warranty: this includes things like brake adjustments, wheel truing, and other repairs

10% Off: all Parts and Accessories for a bike purchased from our showroom for the lifetime of the bike



Our "As-Is" bikes do not include a warranty as they are sold already in need of repairs.
