I brought my bike to E.B. Velo for what I thought was a rear wheel out of round and true. Brent took it off my bike and checked it right in front of me. It turned out my wheel had some irreparable damage/ flat spots to it and it couldn't be perfect again. Even with the imperfections he got it as close to true as he could for me. You can tell he is passionate and does good work, all for good fair prices (less than any of the local bike shops for sure). I'll be bringing my bike back to him if/ when it needs maintenance in the future.
