Chapel Hills Mall is a located on N. Academy Blvd., off I-25 at exit 150. The mall has a variety of retailer and dining options including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dillard’s, H&M, Macy’s and Carmike Chapel Hills 13 with BIGD Experience. Chapel Hills Mall also features a children’s play area located in the lower level Sears wing. WiFi is available mall wide. Customer Service center is located on the lower level next to Burlington. I keep wishing Chapel Hills Mall would be the premier place for shopping in Colorado Springs. However there is constant turnover. Especially in the food court. Only three or four of the restaurants seem to last any time at all. 
- Parking is always easy.
- The movie theater there is nice.
- Sadly there's no real sit-down restaurants in the mall itself.
- Appropriately clean for a mall Mall. The bathrooms could use a little work however.
- I wish they would bring some more premier name clothing stores.

Always clean and bright. I like the presence of a lot of security as well. Restroom locations are not very visible and difficult to locate. It's a great mall though.

The food court is nice and the theater is far from bad. That said, the mall needs more stores with better budgets and better overall exposure. Some shops are half empty and others are closing. I have heard rumors that the place is for sale/foreclosure and am not sure if it will still be there in a few years.

Great variety of stores. We all find something we like. My 7 year old, 15 year old, my husband and myself. 😊

This mall is outdated.  Not handicapped accessible (automatic doors). Once in the mall to get to the second floor you will need to go to the center of the mall or go inside and to the back of one of the major shops. That being said the mall had every shop you would want. We especially enjoyed the build a bear shop.
