Chapel Hills Mall is a located on N. Academy Blvd., off I-25 at exit 150. The mall has a variety of retailer and dining options including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dillard’s, H&M, Macy’s and Carmike Chapel Hills 13 with BIGD Experience. Chapel Hills Mall also features a children’s play area located in the lower level Sears wing. WiFi is available mall wide. Customer Service center is located on the lower level next to Burlington. The best mall in Colorado Springs in my opinion. The Chapel Hills Mall features a movie theatre, self-serve car wash, a train amusement ride which circles the inside of the mall for little kids and family's, in-door mini-golf, windshield chip/crack repair facility, a motorcycle school, and much much more. It's definitely a fun place to hang out!

Great mall with one exception, the lotion kiosks. Before I start 95% of the kiosks in the mall are amazing. This not a negative review of any other kiosk, only the lotion sales people. The LOTION kiosk sales people come up and touch me without consent. They have grabbed my hand and tried to put lotion on me many times. It’s extremely rude and unprofessional. Everyone lets it go because they have better things to do. What the mall management doesn’t realize is these folks cause customers to leave earlier and not make random purchases. A mall thrives on people looking in a window and making an unplanned purchase. In order for that to happen people need to feel comfortable in the mall to open their wallet. Sit by the lotion kiosk on a any day. Watch the faces of most people after being approached. Aggressive sales tactics make online sales the preferred choice. The good things: Many things for children to do A large food court with many choices Clean restrooms A fairly good variety of stores Police and security precense No loud annoying sounds

Lots of shops to to go to the food court has a good selection of places to eat the arcade is pretty net I miss the one in the Pueblo mall when I was a kid! They have a Hooters so that is pretty cool for the guys beer and wings and girls can't go wrong with that! Parking is always pretty good. The kids running around can be kind of annoying but it is a mall get use to it!

I haven’t been to chapel hills mall for decades since I’ve moved up to Denver. This place used to be packed and busy way back in 1999. They had really good stores but now majority of them have moved up to Shops at Briargate. I also remember when they used to have Borders bookstore until they went bankrupt and shut down their business. GAP closed down and moved to shops at briargate. That was the only store that I shopped at. I remember H&M had their grand opening in 2013 and I feel like they did that to boost their business. But I don’t know how they’re doing since I haven’t been to chapel hills mall since 2013.

Great mall too shop at nice place to hang out with friends and good stores for shoes, clothes, and really anything but grocery. Good places to eat not too expensive and not too cheap just right
