paid the up-charge for 3 hour delivery, but the flowers didn't arrive until way over 24 hours. Mistakes happen.... but the unforgivable part is that while waiting for the flowers to arrive, I called the phone number listed, which connected me to a call center somewhere (not the the actual florist). The call center took a message, and said the florist would call me back. They didn't call me back. I called the number again... call center took another message... but the florist still didn't call back. When I finally spoke to someone at the florist (the next day) they didn't seem overly concerned that the flowers had not arrived. I wasn't offered a refund of the delivery fee, or even just a refund of the extra charge they took for the 3 hour delivery. And then the icing on the cake was a couple days later, when I received a generic email (that they send to all customers) advising that they will pay you $15 if you write a review. Paying customers to write reviews is always a bit dubious. (I suspect they won't pay me for this one...) Anyway, what Conroy's don't seem to grasp is that I didn't pay them to deliver flowers - I paid them to deliver flowers AT A PARTICULAR TIME. Delivering them the day after was borderline useless. Incredibly frustrating. Go elsewhere....

My Fruit basket didn't got delivered on Valente's Day + they staff is totaly unfriendly! I expected more...

Excellent, they made a corsage for me for cheap and on the spot within 20 minutes! Great quality too!
