Clean quiet nice place

Nice community, however Bob (either the manager or who knows what) is not that great. We had break ins in the community and they hired a security, but all he did was give people tickets. Bob also is rude to the tenants, saying we shouldn't have too many cars if we are worried about parking. He has 4 cars, which is kinda hypocritical. In addition to that, they have aburd "fix its" that they send out every now and then. These can force you to paint your house or else you will be evicted. My advice: look for a real home.
