Staff is rude and applies their rules only to certain families. The owner is a very RUDE and CONDESCENDING person. Takes people's hard earned money and treats them like low-income HUD home residents.

Very nice place to live besides the fact of poor management whenever you have an issue 80% of the time it gets brushed off until bringing to their attention multiple times we use to have security cameras throughout the part but when new management came they took them out but then raised the rent for "added security" which is a private patrol car that comes drives around once or twice then leaves I felt much safer and protected with the cameras sense cameras were removed multiple houses have had lawn ornaments and holiday decorations stolen from their yards bad and we also not get charged for parking spots...all they want is money and don't care about giving us a quality community to live in

Great mobile park clean and friendly staff and neibors..but dumb security company and orange cones blocking the drive way just to let ppl come home we don't need that
