It's a peaceful place to live. I have been here for a year. During that year they have added new asphalt in the streets which makes the park look and feel much better than it did before. New ownership is making the difference.

Total dive. Park is filled with gang activity, drugs, and prostitution. Not a safe environment for kids by any means...looks like 8 Mile. Run down and ghetto!! None of the trailers are kept up, no homeowners association, and junk everywhere. Stay far far away!!!
