Love Chapters!! Always friendly staff ready to help with anything. Huge selection on all your favorite books and if it's not in store it can be ordered. Great sales. Just recently purchased 8 books at the price of $5, and they are wonderful pieces. I try to visit as often as I can. Not to mention Starbucks on site.

I went here in search of something to read during my mini vacation and the staff was VERY helpful. It was a very busy day for them (Christmas was just around the corner) and yet everyone was friendly and didn't seem flustered at all. I was specifically talking to an employee named James and he was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond helping me find the perfect books to read (even though my request was a strange one). His recommendation was great. I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you :D

If you are a reader, you've found your place!  Just set aside more time for your shop than you expected. Although there is lots of staff and fast checkouts, you could be in and out in a few minutes.....but why would you?  With thousands of books on thousands of subjects...and a Starbucks, you could tuck in for the winter,( or summer). 
I'm kinda used to the racks of books at the drugstore or supermarket, and the discount prices at Walmart or Costco, so I find this place amazing, almost overwhelming. The best sellers are the same low discount prices, PLUS, tables, lots of tables, piled high with books at a fraction of the regular price. And you can save even more with the indigo plum loyalty card. 
You can browse online, order to pickup at the store,  get fast home delivery, or just pick out the books you want so that you are on a mission when you go to the store and don't get too sidetracked.
And you will get sidetracked, even on the way to checkout. Gifts, accessories, seasonal goods, chocolates, and even clothing items piled high to tempt you....did I mention chocolates?
Unfortunately these emporiums are few nowadays and I hope it lasts forever.

Love love love this store! Everything about this store makes me feel good, all the beautiful displays, the selection of things to buy, the helpful staff, and that's the things outside of the children's section!! I can literally get lost in this store for a full day!!

This store is great! Friendly, helpful staff. New and older issue books at reasonable prices. Plus lots of games, toys, and gift ideas.
