I would give this store zero stars if I could. The owners are rude, unhelpful, and generally unpleasant to interact with. Neither he nor the co-owner seem to care about the customers in their store or even the city they're located in - London, Ontario. Last night at the Chris Hadfield show in London I saw them arguing with staff at the hall during intermission refusing to pay the venue the commission off their sales. That money goes to the city so as a resident of London I was very offended. I held off buying a book at intermission but was planning to do so after the show assuming the issue would be sorted out. However, the owner and his books were gone - they had apparently run-out on their bill at Centennial. That was the last straw for me, I should have learned from the couple of times I was in their store and had such a frustrating time. I would strongly encourage taking your business elsewhere.

Called to inquire about a book. Gentleman was not very friendly and abruptly hung up the phone after answering my question. This rating is based on poor customer service that is very likely to deter me from ever visiting the store itself.

Great Bookshop ... Has been around for decades ... That speaks volumes to persons who have been loyal customers, esp the numerous alumni of Western and Fanshawe who used this store for either supplemental school supplies and course materials ...
