Very friendly staff, perhaps the friendliest in the city... Clean and well laid out. It's not only a bookstore, there is so much more! Very spacious, which is good with the Holiday Season approaching. Here's a tip - they were offering a free adorable plush pouch to hold a gift card, with a minimum gift card purchase of $40. #trendy

Great service, nice staff. Fairly big selection of books, including a good-sized kids department. Many toys and home style items are available too.

Hidden atop on the third floor is a large children's toy store with, high quality games and activities and thousands of children's books. Well designed arches and displays open to a kid's dream of entertainment and educational merchandise.

You can often find great deals on big brands that don't appear on the website like Lego and playmobil, and there's always a bargain on learning books (which is handy if your child loves books). Staff is friendly and offers FREE giftwrapping of any purchase.

Recommendation: Try not to get sidetracked by the plethora of adult things that look, feel and smell great on your way up to the third floor if you're just there to shop for a child. Many people I know in the market (including myself) leave with much more than we planned.

In a good spot, but difficult to check out if you're just "passing by" and have a car. Two floors of awesome literature!

Love this chapters location - very large with a great variety and almost anything you're looking for. Service is also pleasant.
