The staff are engaged and helpful. The blind date books are so much fun and the staff don't mind if you return them because you've read them already. This is a great store. It has all the charm and pleasantness of a small book store, but because it's associated with Indigo it has the sales, prices, and rewards program of the larger chain. It's my favourite book shop.

Love this shop. It's got a small selection, but it's well focused and always has new and interesting stuff. The staff pics are great and the staff themselves are pleasant and friendly.

I love this place, everyone is super polite and friendly and they know their stuff, so as soon as you ask them a question about a book, they can tell you exactly where it is and whether they have it in stock or not My favorite bookstore

This is the only Indigo branch I go to after walking past it 2 years ago. They have a nuclear staff that are all avid readers whos passion for literature shines in their customer interactions. Each staff member has a favourite genre that they are able to provide knowledgeable recommendations about and there is a bookcase with dedicated shelves for what the staff is reading and recommends. The building itself has maintained the original cozy design and feels like an independent bookshop. The store is always well organised, clean and staged. Although the store itself is smaller, they are able to help you order anything in the catalogue that you might find in one of the bigger stores.
