This Chapters is like most. There is ample parking that is free. The store is large, lots of book options. A separate kids book section is great for families. The staff have always been great and supportive when searching for a book. It is linked with a Starbucks so you can have your coffee as well while relaxing. The parking is shared and the lot can be very busy during the weekends and during holidays.

The staff here are always very friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for or give suggestions. They regularly have deals on books and their layout is organized and helpful. They also do a fantastic job of promoting local writers, and I really appreciate and respect that as I am a local author myself. The only reason I would not give a complete 5 stars, is that their online prices do not match their store prices, so you might be paying more depending on how you order, as they do not price match.

Very upset about the management I was late due to a family burial but still showed up for the last two hours for my interview they told me to replay online for the job which I did for two months the job is now gone then judge me to quickly

The familiar Chapters format is replicated at the Kanata Centrum location in a sizable way. I've always had good experiences at Chapters locations in Ottawa and Toronto - the Kanata location reinforced my positive view of the brand. For someone who likes to read books on a variety of subjects, the Chapters format is appealing given the unparalleled selection in a bricks-and-mortar store. As easy as it is to shop for books on Amazon, it's a nice break if nothing else to browse for books in person on occasion. This particular outlet is worth a visit if you're not bothered by the Centrum shopping centre traffic.

I love this place and I enjoy when i visit it. It's nice to drink a Coffe in Starbucks and watch book in chapters because they are in the same place
