Been there several times with more than one vehicle. Always up-front estimates, quick service, and prices that are reasonable for the market. They always have good communication with updates, etc. Definitely dependable.

Friendly staff, in and out quick which concerns me why they are not busy. Price for me was a little high at fixing one wheel bearing out the doors for$268 dollars. I know there's a book with hours and pricing. I find it hard to believe 190 bucks in labor for one and one half hours. It disturbs me. Work so far us good and holding up.

Hit a deer in the freeway. 10,000 in damage. They worked great with my insurance which gave me little to no stress. Awesome people. Really care about their work and the results speak for itself, my truck looks as good as new. Hoping I will never have to use them again but if I do need a body shop my first and only call I would make.

The team at Chardon Square Auto & Body are incredible to work with. Bob provided us with exceptional customer service, great communication as to the status of our vehicle, and was very reliable. Very pleased with the quality of work and our overall experience. Highly recommend!

Great job quality, great price, great work ethics, great customer service. This is by far the best auto service I’ve experienced in my 26 years of being car owner. My less than 1-year-old Camry 2015 had unfortunate encounter with a road hazard - a mid-size wheel laying in the middle of the road. I could not avoid it, had to run over and it destroyed many parts under my car (exhaust, transmission pan, plastic covers, engine cradle, etc.). I was unharmed but pretty badly shaken by the experience and the thought of the damage to my car that has less than 8K miles. Fortunately, I have a highest rated insurance company (Amica) and “Chardon Square Auto and Body” shop is their Direct Repair Shop. Amica told me that they recommend it; that it uses OEM parts and will provide lifetime warranty for the repair. And if anything goes wrong, Amica stands behind their repair shops. This endorsement from Amica immediately had put me at ease because of assurance that this is a reputable auto shop that has been vetted and recommended by Amica. My decision was also influenced by fact that this business has both Auto and Body facilities and can take care of both mechanical and body stuff. After I checked their website and saw that they are ”AAA Approved Facility” and “ASE Certified”, I have made my mind that this is a shop I can trust and want to use for fixing my car. In addition, they are located in a nice neighborhood :-). My car was repaired and delivered to me in a mint condition a week later. Bob Sipos (the business owner) was personally involved all way through: arranged towing of my car; provided clear estimates and outlining which repairs are “must have” and which repairs would be “optional” (e.g. minor cosmetic stuff) – so I could make an informed decision; keept me updated on the progress ; took care of the paper work with Amica. Car was repaired with Toyota OEM pars and like new now. To top this off, they washed the car, cleaned inside, and dressed-up tires. And , which totally blew me off by, delivering the car to my house. I feel that this kind of service makes “customer for life” and I wish I knew about this shop earlier and used them for my family’s previous fender-benders and auto needs. “Chardon Square Auto and Body” would be now my first choice for future auto service needs (hopefully not accident related :-) ) Normally, it is not my cup of tea to wright reviews (especially long ones). However, I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the shop and its owner, and writing this review is my small token of appreciations. Thank you very much for the great job, great price and great service!
