Staff are always friendly and helpful when I come in from time to time. I got my hair done for the first time at the Salon and Lucyna did an excellent job! She was friendly and patient with my needs and helped me get the hairstyle and color that I wanted.

I've always avoided ULTA stores because I'm not a makeup enthusiast, and have always gotten bad vibes when I went into ULTA stores. So when I got an ULTA gift card for my birthday this year I was disappointed, but I really needed a haircut so I decided to use it. I had an EXCELLENT salon experience with a young woman named Rachael. I had a lot of hair damage from a previous salon experience, and she discussed my options with me and worked with me to decide what was best for my hair and lifestyle. She was a great cosmetologist and she made me feel right at home without getting too invasive or personal as some stylists can do. I recommend their salon and I definitely plan to return there for follow up appointments!

I went into this store on 11/7/2017. I was not greeted when I walked in. I walked by an additional employee who could not be bothered to acknowledge me. I walked out very dissatisfied. Lack of customer service and employees! I went around 5:00-5:30pm

I love Ulta. They always answer my questions and they are so helpful. I was over there yesterday and I was looking for a peel off mask. She suggested me something different than what I was looking. But I ended up buying that and she was right it worked great. I have very dry skin it's extra dry and she also suggest moisturizer and it works great. I tried so many moisturizer but so far it was the best one. She explained to me so nice.All the products that I bought is from same line. It's pur and it works awesome.

Used to always go here but lately the Store is always messy, displays are dirty, i even got a used/opened eyeliner! I went here a few weeks ago and bought only an eyeliner pen and a lip liner, the total should have only been been around $14 The total came out as $20! I even went back and added everything. Got tired of dealing with the store and just left and never went back. I never even get asked if i need help. EVER. DO NOT GO HERE
