Place is spacious and clean. 

Upon walking in, everyone was sitting down due to having no customers. I walk up to the register and the first thing out of the girls mouth is "phone number". I politely stated that I've never been there before and she dryly said "Ok. Phone number" with kind of an attitude. I gave her my life story (phone number, address, etc). She took me back to a chair so she could cut my hair. The whole time I'm sitting in the chair as she cuts my hair, she doesn't speak to me, but when she did it was with an annoyed tone and never cracked a smile or anything. Didn't seem the friendly type at all. Another customer walks in the door while I'm getting my hair cut and 2/3 of the girls that were there half-assed their greeting "welcome to Great Clips".
When I got home and fixed my hair the way I like it, I realized she missed a several groups of hair and I had to cut them to match the rest of my hair.

Needless to say, I won't be returning no matter how desperate I am to get my hair cut.

NEVER EVER USE SHANA! I went today to get my hair curled for my engagement photos because they were the only place open on Sunday. She did one curl and I told her it was too tight but she did my whole head that way. Now I am stuck looking like a 10 Shirley Temple instead of a woman about to get married. I am horrified!!!!
