Zero stars!! This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with.  I was quoted $85 flat for the tow. They added an extra $30 charge for “waiting time” even though the driver showed up 20 min early to pick up the vehicle and left WITOUT the car. The driver stated the no one was home even though he admitted he never rang the doorbell or knocked! When I called to have them remove the fraudulent charge, the manager, became furious about the extra charge being questioned because of how expensive the car was and how the neighborhood the car was picked up at was “upper class.” They eventually picked up the car and dropped it by the auto body shop and in the end I was charged $185!

Rick and his staff are great and honest people.  They took great care of me and my car at a reasonable price.  I will go back for anything I need involving my car.
