These guys are an accident waiting to happen. 

5 guys running around unmanaged, and the little dude with the pimped out Scion can't tear his head out of his cell phone. Nobody apparently in charge. No defined work flow. No safety cross checks. 

I asked for specific pressures in my tires 45 front, 50 rear (within the range of the supplemental sticker on my door frame). It took 3 reminders to get them to check the front pressure (it looked low, 32 when I checked it) and fill up properly.

Lug nut torque?!? A joke. They use their impact wrench. Any safety check by another worker? No. My Dodge Diesel is sensitive to wheel nut torque. I ended up going to TK's to correct it.

Got special (similar) valve caps? Not anymore. Eventually 3 originals made it back, but one is now non-matching. Another $15 I need to spend to correct.

Balancing? Maybe. I had a flat repaired. They mounted the tire back, but did not balance it. $25 should include the balance, guys.

The signs show that they are a Cooper dealer. They are not any longer. They were able to get Coopers from another dealer, however, at a much higher price. 

This place is expensive. I paid $135 each for my original tires at Discount Tire. Mid Coast was $180. I was stuck out of town, and had no choice.

When I asked about ownership I was told there were some family tradgedies (a death?) and then what I can only guess was a shady interim owner. If these guys don't get with the program, they're not gonna last much longer. Bluehairs are starting to use Yelp now.

Look no further for tire service in Vero, and for that matter Ft Pierce, Sebastian, St Lucie. Had vibration on one of back tires, also got great price quote for 4 or 2 two new tires before I came in. $460 for 4 tires I requested quote for (Honda wanted $698, same tires). Owner took for long test drive, did not find a conclusive problem and told me I did not need new tires as they still had good tread (41k on them). Then put on lift to check out and told me they would balance and rotate for no charge. They found a screw which was the problem in tire noise. Most places would have sold me new set of tires as I was ready to do. Thanks to ZACK and the fine crew there! CUSTOMER for LIFE. 10 stars !!! Will definitely buy my next set of tires here.
