It's a shame I can't leave a negative star rating.

This place is absolutely AWFUL. My family has been in real estate for 20+ years in a different state. A family friend of mine was trying to buy a house through Charles Rutenberg Realty working with Jeremy Deabenderfer, their experience was awful at best. It's a shame people like this get to keep their jobs when dealing with purchases as important as a home. Withholding information, not relaying all of the information to the seller, loan discrimination at its finest. What a dirtbag.

Most unprofessional office I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Multiple agents have repeatedly abandoned their showing commitments. Zero accountability. Zero integrity.

ATTENTION!  DO NOT DEAL WITH REALTOR DAVID ROSE!

At his advanced age, it is obvious he is still in the game because he can't afford to retire.  He is becoming senile, forgetful and aggressive and as such both his real-estate and driver's license should be revoked.  Read on.

I am a self-employed software developer.  I do ok for myself, but I work all the time and I do not appreciate individuals that waste my time and treat me with an attitude of disrespect when I schedule to meet with them, especially during a holiday weekend:

1.  I arrived at the scheduled time that he suggested to me when I spoke to him on the phone one day before.  No one was there when I arrived.  He arrived 15 minutes after schedule and then acted like he didn't even know we had an appointment and did not apologize for forgetting or for his tardiness.  Again, we made the appointment at his suggestion one day before.

2.  He almost hit my new car with his mercedes when he arrived because he wasn't paying attention.  Did not apologize for this either.

3.  He falsely advertised the listing as an independent 2 bedroom house, but when I arrived I learned that they cut the home into an upstairs/downstairs duplex.  And he still didn't even disclose this to me.  I had to figure it out for myself.  Then when I balked at learning this he got angry with me and told me to "get out".

4.  If you are considering hiring him to represent your home you may be interested to know that he left the door unlocked while he was not on the premises and according to him he "did not have any scheduled appointments" so anyone could have just walked in at anytime without his supervision.
