Horrible experience from start to finish! I had to get my lawyer involved the day of closing. They do not answer the phone, do not communicate, make every step nothing but difficult. Took over a month to respond to offer. Had agents call me then claim they were not from their office, But give me info only their office would know? Told me i couldn’t move into my home the day of my closing? A lot of weird games?

Incredibly professional and patient.  As a first time home buyer they walked me through all the necessary steps and made it a fun experience.  Regan is tremendous!

I would HIGHLY recommend Heather and Lemontree Realty! She helped my husband and I search for our first home in the winter park area, and I can't say I was the easiest buyer as I had a particular way I wanted things to look,  but she went way out of her way to make sure we found one we liked! Once we did, Heather did everything and more to make sure it went as quick and efficient as possible! GREAT COMPANY, GREAT AGENTS, HAPPY BUYERS.

Regan Jackson from Lemontree Realty is the ABSOLUTE BEST realtor, ever. She makes the process pain free, actually listens to your needs, and works around your schedule to get what you need. I will never use another realtor in the state of FL, she is God sent.

Heather is professional, hard working, and easy to get along with.  I used Lemon Tree for multiple transactions when we sold our prior home and built new construction in College Park.  She was honest, fair, and made the process fun!  I highly recommend Heather and her firm.
