Cindy was very helpful in the purchasing of my first home. Since I have never looked at or purchased homes before I wasn't sure what to expect or what to do. Cindy was helpful in finding listings tailored to my specifications. She was also very patient as I looked at over 10+ homes before I decided   to put in an offer. She was excellent during the negotiation process to get me the best deal. The rest of the loan process can be a bit unnerving especially with first time home buyer programs, but she helped me save $18,000 and made it easy! Highly recommended agent!

Charisse Elliott is the best realtor! We had a wonderful experience when we purchased our home with her. She was available any time we needed to ask her a question and worked with our crazy schedules to set up showings. She is very knowledgeable about the market, found us tons of listings until we found the perfect home, we couldn't be happier with her service & I must admit we were extremely picky buyers. When it came to making an offer Charisse was a great negotiator as well. She is very professional, has tons of contacts, and found us the perfect lender.  If you want to work with the best, call Charisse, I know she find you the perfect home too!

Donnie Garland helped us on our move from San Diego to Orlando.  He showed us multiple houses via Facetime and went far beyond the norm for earning commission.  At times I thought we were asking a lot from him and he comforted us along the whole process.  His knowledge of what to look for in a good house made us feel good about purchasing our home site unseen.  Now that we've been in our home for four months, I know we didn't make any mistakes choosing Donnie as our realtor.  Choose him, and you wont go wrong either.

Erin was our real estate agent for all our real estate needs and made it a seamless and easy process for us and she took the stress out of everything. She sold our house for full asking price within a week and since we did not have anything else lined up she arranged for us to lease our sold property from the new owner until we were ready to move on. She then took us to a new build neighborhood in a wonderful community and we decided to have our new house built. We could not be happier with where we are now, our house value has increased by almost 20% in 2 years and we LOVE our neighborhood! Thank you Erin for making everything so easy, being available at all times and following through - you made this an awesome experience and everyone should be so lucky to work with you!

Jeanette and Linda Bokland were beyond amazing as they ensured we found the best possible home for us. They were tireless in their efforts and kept us and our needs/wants as their #1 focus throughout the process.
