Edmond is very thorough. Doesn't take much time and explain what is happening. Staffs are wonderful. Nothing negative to say about this place.

My daughter was in pain, I called them. They immediately seen her the next day and even bump up her surgery. The nurse Katie is awesome. Thanks for all your help.

Dr. Edmond and his staff are amazing. We had a negative experience with another ENT, so we were a little hesitant. The wait time to see him was short. My daughter immediately felt comfortable with him as he was so easy going and started talking about shows they each liked, etc. On surgery day, the staff was wonderful. Dr. Edmond put us at ease talking about the procedure he was doing. The nurses explained everything thoroughly and were so attentive to my daughter. Even the receptionist came back to see how she was doing. Afterward, Dr. Edmond explained how everything went and the nurses gave my daughter lots of time in the recovery room. The office called the next day to check up on her. Everything went so smoothly and better than expected. I highly recommend Dr. Edmond.

This is the man to see! Almost want to keep him a secret because he is so busy. He fixed my very broken nose and I can say is Thank You so much !! He is very kind and has an excellent eye. Highly recommended.

First of all the wait time was horrible , i waited clise to an hour to get seen.I do not know about the other dr but i seen dr YU. i do not recommend seeing Her . Use your hard earned dollars on a helpful ENT SPECIALIST that is willing to listen to you understand your symptoms, do a less than adequate examination and actually find a true diagnosis. Medical care isn't cheap. Start respecting patients hard earned dollars. She gave me medicine for acid reflux even if i told her i have suffered with acid reflux for many years prior and my current symptoms are no way similar to acid reflux. I was having upper respiratory problems and fluid build up in my inner ear. Oh and by the way they have a policy that release of medical records usually takes 7-10 business days. Most inefficient policy. I usually get patients records withing couple minutes if requesting them at any other clinic.
