My dad is 92 and had been a patient at the clinic for several years until we moved out of the area. However, we have moved back and had been seeing another Dr at another clinic who, after several visits, we decided we were not impressed with. We decided to return to the Clinic although it is bit of a drive. We miss the caring professional atmosphere and people. Yes you do have to wait sometimes, but that only means that they are popular.....They are personable, patient-centric, and wellness oriented.

I love Dr. Duris but the clinic is understaffed. They need more doctors. Duris has been my doctor for 27 years. The wait time is horrible. I sprained my wrist, I needed medical attention, I probably cant work. Need doctors note. The appointment was 11:30. They are too slow there. I was suppose to see another doctor but I realized my son had a drive. I couldn't stay longer than half hour. The only appointed open was next Friday. I said you don't keep emergency appointments open. No we don't have any. She said go to multi care, why would I do that when I have a primary doctor. Isn't that the point of a primary doctor to see take care of you so you don't have to go somewhere else. She said or emergency room. I said that cost like 700 dollars. Its just ridiculous. The desk ladies are rude. the new young girl was nice. I asked to see the manger never got too. 3 yrs ago nurse Ashley and desk clerk didn't verify when my sons physical expired so I had to yell at them to get him in last minute. I'm done. They don't know what good service is. I have attended this clinic longer then most of the employees have worked there. I'm done.

1 star is generous. I and my children have been going to this Clinic for over 20 yrs. I have had a few absent years where I lived out of state but always returned to this same building. I deeply miss Dr. Haynes. 4 yrs ago I returned. I have spent many hours with my specialist at another site and have not needed to see a regular family physician. All my needs were met by my specialist. I have received intermittent phone calls from the Puyallup Clinic asking if I was still a patient? I would return calls and then not hear from anyone. The one time I spoke to some one they asked me why I hadn't been in for so long. I replied "I have not needed to." I called today to schedule an annual physical and Krista told me that I needed permission from Robin to return. I was transferred to Robin and left a message. She called me right back. I was at work and could not respond but was able to call her a few minutes later. She said yes I needed permission to return and would have to re apply. I asked why is that? She said you have not been in for 3 years. Correct, why would that matter? She then said due to my cancellations ..I said What cancellations? I have never cancelled an appointment. I was/am irritated and it was heard in my voice. Scheduling an appointment with what you believe is your family physician should not result in being grilled for why I haven't been in for 3 yrs. Robin wanted to transfer me back to Krista and I said no thank you. Dr. Guray will no longer be my family physician. I feel that because The Puyallup Clinic was not making money off me and my insurance that they moved me to an inactive status and then made up stories about numerous cancellations. Trust in needed between a patient and Doctor and the Doctor's team. I feel no trust with this group of people. I invite the Puyallup Clinic to respond to my post. This is the first negative post I have submitted. This is a sad end to over 20 years with a clinic.

Well I'm not working there but I would like to know if you would let me a 10 year old work there I really care about animals I even have a pitbull so please let me volunteer here

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. No wonder I haven't been to my dr there in three years. Apparently I need to establish myself as a new patient. Ya right unless you want rude uncomfortable service don't go here.
