I have yet to meet a nurse that wasn't helpful, but the doctors aren't worth the complications. I've been dealing with a work related injury for 2 years through them, and the majority of their doctor's demeanor makes me feel worse than the actual injury itself; to the point where I don't even want to see a doctor because I feel judged every time I go in.

This one star review is for the company, not the staff. The wait times are worse than a hospital ER. Even with an appointment I always end up waiting an hour or two to even be seen. Simply horrendous. The staff does the best they can and are always kind to me, but bottom line is this location is severely understaffed. I'm required to go here for a work injury, and it's a huge waste of my time. Get it together US Healthworks. Hire some people for Christ sake.

I went in for a physical exam to renew my DOT medical card. I have to do this once a year instead of every two years even though I have a mild case of sleep apnea that doesn't require a CPAP machine. So, for this visit, I was informed during the exam that I had show either proof that my case was mild or a printout from the CPAP that I actually have and use(but is not required.) (I had provided this proof the year before, but the physicians assistant didn't it add it to my file.). Because I didn't have this proof with me, the physician assistant writes me a medical card that expires in three months instead of one year. So I return THE NEXT DAY with the required information and am told by the admitting desk that they "no longer do extensions" and I would need a brand new physical checkup for another $99.00. This is the day after I just had a $99.00 physical? I will never go there again. Steer clear.

Don't bother making an appointment, you will end up waiting an hour after anyways. After an hour of waiting I just went and asked how long it would be since it's an hour past my appointment and they said they just don't have anyone available yet. Isn't that the point of making an appointment so that they are ready for you?

Had to go there for a work injury and they have never seemed to actually care about my health, only being able to bill out to the insurance company. When I have needed to call they always have an attitude and give the impression that I'm wasting their time. Get a referral to someone else as soon as possible.
