Wow Charleston Street Florist! After reading your reviews, I was so excited about using your services for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, things did not go as I had hoped. The first issue was with the delivery. I spoke with Susan about delivery for an 11:30 am to 2 pm timeframe. My parents are disabled and I need a time that worked with their schedule. I was assured that this would not be an issue. At 2:30 pm the flowers had not arrived and I called the florist. I was given a logistical excuse and told that the driver would deliver by 3 pm. At 3:30 pm the flowers had still not arrived and I called again. I was put on hold by Susan, and then another person asked to take a message and said she would have someone call me back, which they did not. The flowers finally arrived at 3:50 pm. The second issue was with the presentation. I was told that only “premium” flowers would be used. I had asked for a dozen red or yellow roses along with other flowers. The roses look days old, haphazardly put together and the only thing “premium” about it was the price tag. I could have gotten a much nicer arrangement for a fraction of the cost at a nearby Kroger. And still no phone call…
Overpriced and underwhelming!!! Did not listen to anything I asked for and upsold me to “premium” flowers. There was nothing premium about them. I was embarrassed that I paid what I did for a completely mediocre arrangement. Very small arrangement, a very steep delivery fee, crazy price for flowers, & a very lackluster person helping me named Ann who did not listen at all. It was a very important birthday present and it was extremely disappointing! So sad for the unbelievable price that we paid for what we actually received!
Charleston Street is the most fabulous store in Augusta! Greg and his team provide the upmost professionalism and etiquette. Kelly nonstop helped with our wedding invitations and provided great assistance the entire time. Our wedding registry was made with ease here as well. Great for gifts or florals of any sort or just for a good mood! Highly recommend!
Mother's Day is coming up, and my husband and I purchased an arrangement ahead of time. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking designer's choice, elegant, and arrived on time just as requested! On top of this, their store is very classy with staff delighted to help you at every turn. I highly recommend! We're happy we went with Charleston Street instead of another florist, and my mother-in-law seemed very pleased as well!
Charleston Street is the best florist in town. Not only do they create amazing arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions, but they also offer event planning and decor! I came to them with a small budget for my fall wedding. Greg and his staff produced the most beautiful arrangements! I trusted him with the setup and arrangement of our reception venue as well. Greg has fantastic taste and always strives to create a classic, magical look for each and every bride - no matter what your budget may be! They also assisted me with my bridal registry. I fell in love with the beautiful tableware from Juliska! The staff helped me choose just the right pieces to complete my everyday china and cookware. They took the stress out of every aspect and I am VERY happy with all of my Juliska!!

The creative team, led by proprietor Greg Boulus, is unmatched in the region. Greg's aesthetic and taste transform any space into a stylish, cohesive event. His diversity in floral design is very wide spread - and he can craft any event to suite your personal taste. After such great experiences with them on the many parties and fundraisers I've planned, I knew I had to turn to him for my own wedding. He is translating my dream look and reception into reality. They are true professionals who know every detail counts. Brides need not worry when they are in his capable hands - everything he does is perfect! Love the Charleston Street team! We are so fortunate to have them in Augusta!
Charleston Street is hands down my gift and home decor go-to in Augusta! Every single thing in the store is absolutely beautiful, and the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Specifically, Blake Leverett has helped me with several purchases over the past year or so, and her taste, knowledge, and advice have been indispensible. While most of my purchases have been gifts for others, I recently made my first purchase for my own home, a beautiful painting of peonies which I am just in love with! Go to Charleston Street if you are looking for quality, selection, taste and the perfect gift for people in your life who appreciate all of the above!
We registered at Charleston Street for our destination wedding and received beautiful gifts - delivered directly to our new home in NYC. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend them for registry and event design.
Beautiful flowers, but the service can be hit or miss. I placed an order for a birthday delivery only to find out that the order had not been completed. They were kind enough to deliver the following day, but had I not called, order would probably still be sitting there.
Susan and all the staff are super nice and helpful!I love flowers from here,for any occasion,so fresh and last for many days!
