From the security guard to the person at the front desk, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The representative was easy to talk to and I was in and out in 30 minutes without an appointment. I am recovering from surgery and still experiencing some pain. UT I had to get documents to complete my taxes. They were fast and sufficient.

You can't even talk to anyone at the number listed online. If you go in person, they are rude & arrogant. You will be frisked in order to get a ticket with a# to stand in line for an hour to speak to someone to find out they have no forms available. TOTAL WASTE OF TAXPAYER MONEY

I've waited for my tax refund for 3 months now.  Processed June 16th.  This is quite aggravating because if I owed them, they would threaten to take your livelihood; however, when you, a tax payer is owed a refund, it's takes forever and you can never get a person on the telephone or reach anyone at the local office.

I  too have had an experience at this office and it needs to be either fixed or closed down they need more customer service skills or different staff
