Very, very ,very poor decision was made on 03/26 THURSDAY to fix expansion joint on JI Connector! Harborview road and Folly road both 2+ hours to get off the Island! Seriously who makes the decisions? The right side was fixed over the weekend prior and only small back ups occurred. Why in the world would someone decide to do it during the workweek is baffling! The name I was given is "Turner" if this is a elected position please everyone remember the poor decisions and vote responsibly.
