This is a pretty good Charleys. The wait usually is not bad and the food is always fresh and delicious. Love their strawberry lemonade, it's one of my favorites.Food: 4/5
The young lady who took my order was nice…. My food was hot and fresh…however I asked for more ranch and was told it was 0.78. So I decided to get ketchup instead….. The ketchup container was empty…I asked the not so friendly cooking staff for ketchup and was given ugly looks…and then I was asked why I didn’t want the ketchup from the container…however it was empty…it took three nasty faces ,while they did not attempt to smile, to eventually give me four packs of ketchup!!!! Give these people a raise or something….. cause I’m not sure if they need a reason to smile outside of me patronizing their income or what because they seem to be pretty friendly with each other but not so much to me ‍
Typically I very much enjoy the food produced by Charley’s. But unfortunately this time around it had me fighting for my life on the toilet for hours. While gripping my stomach in pain and despair as my life flashed before my eyes, I promised to never allow Charley’s to poison me with food ever again. Do better. not the first time I’ve had an awful experience with the food not settling correctly.
I have had a few mix ups here during the lunch rush, but they always make it right again. Chicken Philly with fries is my favorite. They cook the meat just right so that it is not dry or tough. Thanks lunch crew!

Good food for day at the mall nacho fries, philly cheese and chicken
Ordered an old school fry and was given and different one instead. When I went back to as to change them out the girl that is not the man that took the order claimed that I was lying and that I did order the one they gave me and said she was the one that took the order. She was not. never once tried to fright paying the difference just wanted the other fries. She was so rude for absolutely no reason at all.
Came there few mins before 7:30pm ans staff rudely said they are closed although information says they're open till 8pm. Fine by me, I will take $60 and any future orders to another restaurant.
I've had them twice and they very much are like the Phillies I had in Philly and Maryland while in the Navy early 70's. Penn Station?...FORGET about it!
