Always enjoy going to this subway. Two main things keep me returning. First, the employees are always friendly and do a wonderful job keeping a feeling that they are about to personally make you the best sub you've ever had. Second, is the sandwich build itself. This location seems to be one of the only that understands how to portion beautifully. My wrap or sandwich never feels empty like they are watching food cost too close, and it is never falling apart everywhere like they dumped half the line on it, either. They always put the right amount, spread out nicely for a little of everything you like in every bite. This location SETS THE BAR.

The staff are not pleasing at all! The worker who was going to serve me does not know her menu very well instead of checking she automatically told me what she could charge me for vs checking for other options available. I have never had this problem at other location. Will not patronize this location again.

Best place to eat in St Louis Missouri. I've been here since myI've been here since my whole childhood.  I love This placeWhat's my hometown.    Very good food

This place is .2 miles from my house, & I come about 2-3 times a month. Not anymore. I came in on 6/28 @ 1:30 while on a walk asking for a cup of water. The employee on dutythat was about drooling into the sub in the first place looks at me & says “you buying something?”, I said excuse me? & then she denies me a cup for water  trust me this place will never get my business again.

I would have given a "Zero" star rating if it wasn't for the fact that the young girl taking my order was quick and very friendly.  The older woman who I am assuming  is the manager is horrible! She walks around  with a frown, complaining and stomping  around if something doesn't  go her way. Not to mention she sighs and shakes her head if someone isn't quick enough  for her. I make an effort not to come to this location  very often  but when I do it is always  the same experience. Do yourself  a favor and choose a different  Subway!!

Manager was extremely rude to myself and her employees. I visited on Sunday 9/25/22 around 12p or so.

Would not use subway coupons.on veterans day they did not offer any kind of discounts as a veteran it's game over

The employees here are always so kind.  I am always kind to them as well because kindness gets you further than being rude.  The sandwiches are always the way I like them and the store is always clean.  I have visited most of the Subways in the area and this one and the one in Marlboro are the two best Subway around. I will never go back to the one in Sunset Hills due to the owner and his wife being so rude.  Love the Ronnie's Plaza Subway and we will be back again and again!

I'm not sure why they call it EXPRESS PICKUP!! when they still make you wait till after the people who's orders are still being made. Then they check all of them out at the register and move you off to the side? WHY HAVE A SIGN FOR "EXPRESS PICKUP" WHEN YOU DO NOT OFFER EXPRESS PICKUP? To add more salt to the wound, the protein portions are quite small at this Subway. For $10 a sandwich, I do expect to receive $10 worth of sandwich, not $5 or $6.

This did not happen to me, but another customer who was behind me in line. There is a line of tape on the floor that you are required to stand behind for covid safety. The employee told the customer to stand behind the line. He looked down and with the toe of one shoe he was on the line, he told her he was behind the line.. the employee then told him he is on the line and not behind the line rudely enough to make the customer feel uncomfortable and leave the store. I understand the concern of safety for customers as well as employees, but this staff member was doing this because she knew she could get away with it. Very rude, very unprofessional, and potentially lost the store a customer for life.
