Rude, I bought a vehicle from a lemon line here! First 30 days had to put over $550. In a vehicle I owed only $400. On what a joke I should have kept the car I had it was more dependable!!!

who knew you wasn't allowed to ask questions about a car your about to buy? apparently when you think you find something wrong and ask questions about it the lot turns you away... Charlie's can kiss my big white ass. not my fault you sell junk. one car had a shaking in the front end the other had gas in the oil and we wasn't supposed to ask questions?  one of the guys there come out of rhe back and said " i can tell you what to do. go doen to john jones and buy a nee one since what we got isnt good enough" not to mention when I called to see what they had on the lot the mechanic answered and I quote " I'm just a mechanic here and not a very good one" they defiantly proved that to be correct today. thanks but no thanks I'll keep my money. How can ppl be so rude to paying customers.

My car payment is very reasonable and they make it easy to make payments. However, I recommended them to a friend with the same credit history as me and they would not sell him a car. Again, the service I received was and is just fine.

The people are small town friendly folk. Honest. Fair. Willing to work with those who are upfront. Reasonable priced shop work aswell. I'm very happy I chose Charleys for my first experience! :)
