I gave short notice that I needed in but none the less was got in the next day early. I have always had great service here and yesterday was no different. Got my service as well as other needed maintenance. Even a recall. The lady kept checking in the waiting room to see if anybody needed anything. When done she vacuumed it out. After paying my bill we had a very pleasant conversation. Sorry I didn't get her name but she is a sweetheart and left me with a smile the rest of the day. Thank You

My salesperson JW did a great job on helping me get the best car for me. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs and wants were fulfilled. He said that I wouldn’t leave disappointed and would not leave without a car, and he was exactly right. Everyone at the Kia Store Clarksville did an amazing job. Even stayed after hours to help finish up the process. I love my new 2018 Kia Rio. Would definitely recommend going to Kia. And will hopefully be going back in the future if ever in need of a new or different car!!!

Service was great. Was a little disappointed because there was a 'holding' charge I'd have to agree to that I wasn't told about when I made the appointment, but that's was fine. I was happy with the shuttle service that brought me back home and picked me up after they were done with my vehicle. They vacuumed out the driver side carpet when I picked my vehicle up, which was really nice. However, I did find a big scratch in my steering wheel as I drove off. Aside from that, it was a good experience and the customer service was great.

We love all our vehicles that we have bought here, and the service and sales departments are both outstanding. My first Kia was a Soul, and we loved it so much that we bought a second one for my wife. When I needed another car after a deer collision, I didn't hesitate to get another Kia.

I don't usually leave reviews of places but I felt I had to on this Kia Store in Clarksville In. At 65 years old I've been to a lot of auto dealerships and I don't need to tell you what it's like, I'm sure you know.

Let me start off by saying that my wife and I are just your average people with a couple exception. I had a fall which left me with broken ribs and needing facial surgery. I was off work for several weeks. I had just gotten back to work for one week and my wife hit a deer leaving her car totalled. It was an older car so no funds were recovered from the insurance company. We had used all our savings during this period  to pay bills. Actually, we had just a few dollars to get us to my next paycheck. 

I called this Kia Store an explained my situation. The sales manager said he could help and to come by. Sure I thought, it's a "car dealership" right. 

We walked on the lot and I was so surprised. The person I spoke to on the phone came out, said he'd get someone to help us. A gentleman came out, said he was informed of our situation and would help us. We talked over our needs, looked at cars and the deal was done. We meet several employees there and everyone was great

Not one time were we pushed around, insulted, treated like second class people. Never went back and fourth about price or payments. We were literally treated like family. The sales person, sales manager and finance person were absolutely great and went beyond the extra mile to help us. I can't emphasize it enough on how this place treats you.  We were told they treat everyone this way and didn't want to be looked at or thought of as your average auto dealership. 

So, the bottom line is, if you want to buy a car and don't want to go to an auto dealership or car lot, You really need to go to this Kia Store.
