We purchased an automobile from the John Jones Auto Group (Salem) on Jan 2, 2018. I take my Traverse to John Jones for all my service needs! I just had to take my car up for an oil change and they got me right in!  All employees that I encountered had a smile on their face and made sure I was comfortable while waiting.   I had recently referred a friend to the sales department and they purchased a used car for their daughter and I got $75 on a card to use at their service or parts department! I ended up getting my oil change and a Chevy hat for my brother for Christmas for free with some to spare for next time!  I wouldn’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else!

This dealership truly cares for their customers! The Service Department is great and has a fantastic waiting room with multiple TVs and computers to use while you wait. Also, while waiting for my vehicle, several of their staff members checked on me. Some even offered refreshments or a ride into town for some food. I will always bring my vehicles here.

Purchasing my Jeep was an extremely enjoyable process. I got a great deal and it was easy and quick. The customer service center is awesome!
