A fantastic visit to the animal hospital today with our new rescued puppy Gabrielle which we recently adopted.  It was her first visit there and it went really well.  The staff are fantastic and do such a good job.  I give them a standing ovation!  I was afraid that it was going to be a train wreck because Gabrielle is so hyperactive and excitable, but it went very well.  She got a thorough physical and got her nails clipped and she was calm the whole time due to the great and calming way that the staff have with the animals.  I now have two rescued dogs who will be going there for all their pet care needs, and I could not be happier to have found this great animal care center.  They are awesome!

It was our first visit to the Charlotte Animal hospital, and we were so impressed.   The staff is so friendly and welcoming.   Wait time was not long at all.   We met Dr. Drake, who was extremely helpful.    We will definitely come back here.

I've had excellent experiences here with all of my animals--even when I had a very sick pet put down. The front desk staff and doctors are all caring, patient and compassionate. Although one of my fur babies has crossed the rainbow bridge, I still have two more pups. They will ALWAYS go to Charlotte Animal Hospital. There are so many vet practices in this area that couldn't give a flip about your sick animal. This is NOT one of those places.

Dr Kevin Cronin performed surgery on our German Sheppard, Mac. Dr Cronin is the very best and the most caring and knowledgeable doctor. If we had to describe Dr Cronin in one word, it would be "exemplary". Thank You to Dr Cronin and his wonderful staff. What a great team! We have and will highly recommend Dr Kevin Cronin  at Charlotte Animal Hospital.

All of my experiences with Charlotte Animal Hospital have been positive.  Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I like that they follow up with me after treatments or shots or any concerns that we may have.  Their veterinarians are also very professional, knowledgeable, and caring.  My dogs are always treated with respect and courtesy.  And their prices are reasonable for the services they perform.
