I have general liability coverage. These ppl can pick up the phone or answer an email to send my customers a certificate of insurance. If you are a business owner stay away. They will cost you business.

I have used Charlotte insurance for a few years now and love it. My agent, Mike McGee is A1 in customer service. I have my home owners and auto policies here. Mike is always prompt about responding via phone or email and always willing to help me find the best product/ rate to fit my needs. I buy/ sell a lot of old cars and he's always ready and able to help. I've never felt pressured to buy any specific product and have continued to use Charlotte insurance even though I've moved to Durham!

Great Experience using this group. I shopped around insurance for my retail store. Not only did they save me money, they helped me improve the policy itself. Very professional group!!

Robin Smith is incredible.  I am outrageously busy and do not have time to chit-chat.  She perfectly answered my questions concisely and promptly.  She did not waste my time with unnecessary information.  Got me a great price and handled everything perfectly.  She is the one.  We have to have insurance and need to have an advocate, that is Robin Smith. Great job.
